Common questions.

Why per-terminal pricing?
Because that is how your customers buy connectivity. Per-seat pricing makes you justify every operator login; we never want you to. Add as many operators as you need — the price moves with the fleet.
Do you charge for the Starlink data itself?
No. You keep your existing Starlink billing relationship. Orbita's fee is for the control surface and the SLA — it sits on top of whatever you are already paying for connectivity.
Can a single fleet mix tiers?
Yes — every terminal can be on a different tier. The whole point is meeting your customers where they are. You will see one consolidated bill at the end of the month with each tier broken out.
What about a free trial?
No free tier, but the first 30 days are full-fee-refundable if Orbita is not a fit. We would rather skip the freemium dance and just be useful.
What happens if I downgrade a customer's plan?
Plan changes are pro-rated to the day. Downgrade mid-month, we credit the difference against next month. Upgrade mid-month, the new rate kicks in the same day.
