One platform · Starlink + Tesla Powerwall

The link. The power.
One screen.

Orbita is the management platform for remote sites — every Starlink terminal and the Tesla Powerwall that keeps it alive, monitored and controlled together. Telemetry-grade visibility, ops-grade control, billed pay-per-use: per terminal, per site. No seats, no surprises.

What Orbita does

Four pillars. One screen.

Visibility into what's happening, control over what to do, trust in what you see, and calm when nothing needs your attention. Everything else is built around these.

01 / Visibility

See every terminal in one room.

Real-time telemetry for every Starlink terminal in your fleet — uptime, throughput, latency, obstruction, thermal — rolled up to a single fleet view and drillable to the second.

Fleet uptime · last 30 days 99.84%
02 / Control

Provision in under two minutes.

Onboard new terminals, change plans, suspend, reassign, and push firmware across an entire customer account — all from one console. Bulk actions are an actual feature, not a spreadsheet.

Median provisioning time 1m 47s
03 / Trust

Never overstate. Never hide.

Severity means severity. SLA reports are accurate, signed, and auditable. We never invent units, never round when an operator needs the truth, and never mark a degraded terminal as "healthy" so a dashboard looks better.

Audit log retention 7 years
04 / Calm

A healthy fleet looks static.

When the fleet is fine, the room is quiet. No pulsing dashboards, no liveness theatre, no celebratory confetti. When something breaks, the dot pulses on the map and the rest of the UI freezes. Stillness frames the alert.

How it works

Three steps. Then we get out of the way.

Most fleet-control tools assume your terminals are already perfect citizens of their database. Orbita meets them where they are.

01

Connect your accounts.

Bring your Starlink accounts (any number, any plan mix). Orbita ingests every terminal, normalizes the metadata, and gives each one a stable identifier that survives plan changes and account moves.

~ 10 minutes · all plans
02

Watch the fleet settle.

Telemetry flows in. Health is computed from real signal — not just last-seen heartbeat. The map fills up. The KPIs stop guessing. You start to learn which terminals always run warm and which sites always have weather.

~ 24 hours to baseline
03

Operate at fleet scale.

Provision, suspend, reassign, push firmware. Set SLA targets per customer. Hand a tenant-scoped portal to your customers so they can see their own fleet without seeing anyone else's. Sleep better.

New · Orbita Power · the energy layer

A terminal is only as alive as its battery.

Now Orbita watches the power behind every site, not just the link. State of charge, backup reserve, solar input, terminal load, grid status and projected autonomy — the Tesla Powerwall at each remote site, on the same screen as connectivity. A site about to go dark becomes a number you can see, not a 2am phone call.

Stay on orbit.
Every terminal
you manage, in its orbit.

The Spanish word órbita carries both meanings: the path a satellite traces, and the route something stays on, on purpose. Latin orbita meant a wheel rut: the unbroken line you follow because someone before you already proved it works.

Case study · Maritime

14 terminals at sea. One screen.

Atlantic Maritime runs a fleet of trawlers and supply vessels across the North Atlantic — Halifax to Reykjavik. Before Orbita, terminal status was four spreadsheets and three Whatsapp groups.

Mobility Priority · North Atlantic

"We stopped finding out from customers that the link was down."

The Orbita dashboard is now the first tab on every shift in the operations room. Critical alerts cut Mean Time To Detection from ~22 minutes to under 90 seconds. SLA reporting that used to take three days to compile is now signed and out the door before the close of business on the last day of the month.

FAQ

Questions you should be asking.

Does Orbita resell Starlink, or do we keep our own accounts?
You keep your own Starlink accounts and your own billing relationship. Orbita is the control surface that sits on top. We never become the middle-man for connectivity — we just give you one screen to operate across every account, plan, and continent.
How fast can we be live?
Connecting your first account takes about 10 minutes. Terminals start streaming telemetry immediately; baseline health takes ~24 hours to settle. We've onboarded 500-terminal fleets in a single afternoon.
Can my customers see their own fleet without seeing mine?
Yes. Every customer account ships with a tenant-scoped portal. They see their terminals, their SLA, their plan — nothing about the parent account or other customers. Tone is calmer; the operator (you) decides what's visible.
What about the API?
Read-only API is included from Business plan and up. Read + write (provisioning, plan changes, suspend) is included in Enterprise and Mobility Priority. Webhooks for every event you'd expect — terminal-offline, sla-breach, plan-change, audit-log-entry.
Where is data stored?
EU primary, US secondary, both in dedicated availability zones. Telemetry retention 90 days hot, 13 months warm, 7 years cold for audit. Customer data never leaves your tenant boundary; cross-account analytics happen only on the parent operator's instance.
Do you support hardware other than Starlink?
Today, Starlink only — Gen 3, Flat HP, Mini and Maritime. Iridium Certus and OneWeb are on the roadmap; if either is critical for your fleet, tell us when you book the demo.
